MARY ANN WILSON

Mary Ann Wilson, owner of NextHome Triangle Properties, discovered her love for real estate at a young age in Kansas City, where she was drawn to the real estate sections of newspapers over comics. Growing up in a large family of ten and working in her parents' entrepreneurial ventures, Mary Ann developed a strong work ethic and a commitment to service early on. Her career journey includes founding a technology consulting firm in New York before settling in Raleigh, North Carolina, in 1999.

With a BS in Business Administration and a focus on Finance, Mary Ann is adept at helping clients navigate the complexities of both primary residential and investment opportunities. Alongside her husband, she owns several properties across the Triangle area, applying her in-depth knowledge to grow a successful real estate portfolio.

Mary Ann’s professional expertise extends beyond real estate transactions. She is committed to best practices and continuous education, creating effective systems that enhance the services provided to clients and agents alike. Her proven marketing strategies and strong negotiation skills have earned her numerous accolades, including the prestigious CLHMS Guild designation for luxury home sales and the GRI designation from the Graduate Real Estate Institute.

At NextHome Triangle Properties, Mary Ann focuses on client service, brokerage management, and coaching, helping others build rewarding careers in real estate. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys traveling with her family and spending time with her dog, Bo, exploring the diverse landscapes the U.S. and the world have to offer.
