In 2019, Nathan founded "The Collective at NextHome Experience," a dynamic team committed to revolutionizing the real estate experience. He serves as a voting member on several committees, including the Ohio Association of Realtors' Professional Development Committee and the Professional Standards Forum, as well as the Columbus Board of Realtors' Government Affairs Forum, the MLS Committee, and the Residential Education Committee.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Nathan, alongside his wife Lindsay, established the Reagan Michael White Fund at the Ohio Health Methodist Hospital. This fund provides vital support to single mothers and families facing high-risk obstetrics situations, honoring the memory of their son Reagan.
